Features

• Added the F-7 and long-press 7 shortcuts which set the active list to ALL.

Changes/Refinements

• Removed the F-7 and long-press 7 shortcuts for changing the current channel's list membership. This prevents an accidental long press while entering a channel number from changing a list.

Fixes and Internal Improvements

• Addresses an issue which allowed stale list data to make a channel appear in an unintended list.
